(Basically you can use this stuff for free until you publish something with it or make money with it, and if you are using it on a web page let me know about it.)

By using or installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

I. 13th_Degree products are for personal, not for profit use, and may not used in publications of any form, until purchased or written consent is obtained. *

II. All 13th_Degree products are Shareware and may be used as long as deemed necessary to evaluate. After evaluation period, product must be deleted or purchased.

III. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute any 13th_Degree product.

All 13th_degree products are copyright Zane Townsend.

* Criteria for written consent to publish: Send me an email telling where and when material is to be published. If possible send me a copy of the publication.
